This Privacy Policy describes how BSA Events 4 Entertainment, L.L.C. (“BSA Events,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.bsaevents.com, request a quote, book a rental, or communicate with us.
Information we collect
We may collect:
- Contact details you provide (name, email, mobile phone number, billing/mailing address)
- Event details (venue name/address, event date/time, rental items, notes)
- Payment-related information processed by our payment provider (Square); we do not store full card numbers on our servers
- Website usage data such as pages viewed and device/browser type
How we use information
- Prepare quotes, contracts, and invoices
- Schedule delivery, pickup, and event setup
- Send transactional emails and, when you opt in, transactional SMS about your rental (for example: crew on the way, ETA, arrived, setup complete, and tracking links)
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Improve our website and services
- Comply with legal obligations
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box when requesting a quote or booking on our website (or otherwise provide affirmative consent), BSA Events may send transactional SMS messages related to your active rental/delivery. Typical messages include delivery status updates (on the way, ETA, arrived, setup complete) and a tracking link.
- Message frequency: low — typically 1–3 messages per delivery/event

- Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can complete a quote or booking without opting in to SMS; we may still contact you by phone or email about your event.

Sharing of information
We share information with service providers who help us operate (for example payment processing, email delivery, SMS delivery, and hosting), only as needed to provide our services. We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use.
Data retention & security
We retain order and customer records as needed for business, accounting, and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of your contact information by emailing joeoneil@bsaevents.com. For SMS, reply STOP anytime. For marketing emails (if any), use the unsubscribe link in the message.
