These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BSA Events website and related online quote/booking tools operated by BSA Events 4 Entertainment, L.L.C. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide event rental equipment and related services (delivery, setup, pickup) in Metro Detroit and across Michigan. Online quotes and orders are subject to availability, confirmation, signed rental agreements/contracts applicable to your items, and payment terms shown at checkout or in your quote.
2. Quotes, contracts, and payments
A website quote does not guarantee inventory until we confirm availability and you sign the required contract and/or make required payment. Deposits, balances, fees, and cancellation terms are stated in your quote, contract, and/or invoice. Payments are processed by Square or other methods we authorize.
3. SMS / text messages
By checking the SMS consent box on our quote/cart form (or giving clear verbal/written consent to our staff), you agree that BSA Events may send you transactional text messages about your rental, including delivery crew status, estimated arrival time, arrival, setup complete, and tracking links.
- Message frequency is low (typically 1–3 messages per delivery)
- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help
- Consent is not required to rent from us; you may decline SMS and still receive email/phone communications about your event
- We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes

4. Website use
You agree not to misuse the site (including attempting unauthorized access, scraping in a way that harms service, or submitting false booking information). Content on the site is for general information; product availability and pricing may change.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSA Events is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use. Rental equipment liability, damage waivers, and event-day terms are governed by the signed rental contract(s) for your order.
